To summarise: Haye etc

Post by DavidPayne »

1) There is an agreed date with all parties for July 2nd for Haye to Wladimir.

1a) Haye wont sign because Wladimir is booked to fight in April against Chisora.

2) Vitali is booked to fight Solis next and then Adamek in September.

Haye/Wlad for September/Novermber? Like fornicate - that's too fornicating simplistic for those egotistical wankers.

Chisora should be able to take his chance, although you can imagine if Chisora give Wlad any sort of difficulty he is likely to postpone the Haye bout. Haye should really have gone after the fight with Vitali once the Chisora fight got in the way and now he is stuck without an opponent.

I think he should sign to the fight and if Wlad postpones he can fight somebody else on short notice. I don't know of an opponent he could sign up to fight whom would be significantly better than an opponent he could get on short notice if the Wlad fight is delayed.

Hopefully there'll be some movement on Haye-Wlad in May once the Chisora fight's over and done with............... but I ain't gonna hold my breath, because these negotiation have got right on my titties (.)(.)

And to think many of us actually had tickets in our hands to watch Wlad against Haye a couple of years ago. Bloody Setanta, they ruined everything with their going out of business, how Marina Hyde must be laughing at it all, at US all, grrrr

its wlad that wouldnt sign not haye. He said he was unwilling to sign to fight on july 2nd until after he fought chisora because he thought haye might steal the chisora fight from him.

His words not mine the quote has been posted on here a few times.

Bottom line - haye should have made the fight happen instead of the harrision fight, wlad should have made the fight happen instead of the chisora fight.

Wlad could have negotiated to fight haye in september instead of adamek, so haye could fit in another fight,

Result - the boxing fan gets screwed!!!

... so every other leading contender has managed to fight the K-brothers .. Haye has twice pulled out against them ... Yet, are we still saying the K-brothers are the problem here?

I find it laughable that people are still debating this. Haye has failed to take up a fifty fifty no options fight with Wlad on two separate occasions yet it's Wlad who's the problem.

After Haye did the business at cruiser I honestly believed that he'd attempt to do the same at heavy but unfortunately he seems content to milk his trinket for all it's worth.
