Ya. Why the hell was Dodson allowed to box the last round, but now he is ruled out?

Prizefighter is dead if the winner can fight two stiffs. Appalling stuff, I have been to a few but will not be back again. British boxing has hit a new low.

These reserves don't have a chance, no matter how gassed the other guys are.

Dickinson vs Couzens (sub) in the final.

This is the flaw in an otherwise good format.
Does that mean Couzens automatically gets £16,000; even if he loses?

Also what does Dodson take home? He won the semis, therefore surely should be getting £16K as well....

Anyone know the rules on the Prizemoney?

Why does the wildcard get £16,000? It is stupid.

Agree completely. I am here and Slate & Morris both had decent followings.

So who wants to see Dickinson beat up on stiffs live on Sky 3D.

I was wondering this as well. Dodson still won two fights, he should get 16K. Couzens doesn't deserve 16k for winning nothing.

Hey, Couzens could win this. He pipped Jamie Ambler by a point in a slugfest. 8)

Hopefully Couzens only gets paid if he wins....so he actually goes out and tries to win....

Gutted for Tony. But on the plus side, he's got two wins under his belt at lightheavyweight. I think he's proved he's far from finished. Unfortunately he'll be out for a while due to the cuts, but he should be in line for a shot at Bellew once he's back in action. There's not many challengers domestically at lightheavy.

Smyth v Edwards was interesting whilst it lasted and id like to see a rematch between them but otherwise its been a dull prizefighter , maybe one of the worst one , or close to it .

"Reminds me a bit of Murray vs Renda" says Adam Smith.....you've got to be sh1tting me. Excellent Sky cheerleading there boss......

Rubbish.

Congrats to Dickinson though, would've been a travesty if Couzens won that. Coming in fresh to fight a boy that's 6 rounds in. Surprised the BBBC go for that....
