A fight with Kenny Anderson would grab my attention, what with both Anderson and Smith coming off the end of two stoppages against the two English young-guns of the division. Would be a good crossroads scrap.

Good shout Terrrrry. Smith v Anderson could be a cracker and a quick way to book a British title shot.

trust me paul will be world champ at middle FACT
There is something obvious and it is a FACT - Smigga is a top man and one hell of a courageous fighter - however he is a domestic class boxer and he has done nothing in his career against European or World Class boxers to prove otherwise.

Smith had his first fight as a professional on 5 Apr 2003 - and to date he has yet to fight for a title that proves his cedentials nearly 8 years later.

In June 2008 he lost against Steve Bendall - FACT

In October 2009 he was involved in a titanic struggle against Tony Quigley which he won narrowly on a SD - FACT

In December 2010 he got comprehensively beaten against James Degale - FACT

So on each and every occasion Smith has had a chance to step and prove his European or World Class credentials he has come up short.

I have nothing at all against Smith - however what I am continually flaberghasted at is people like yourself making continued wild claims that Smith is going to be a world champion? Please could you educate me as I simply cannot see on what basis you make your prediction - Smith has now been a professional boxer for nearly 8 years and has yet to prove anything beyond domestic class.

I will stress again Smigga is a top man and a bloody courageous and guttsy fighter - but that does not give his deluded fans any form of basis to make claims that he will be a world champion without having any FACTs to back up such claims.

Yes Bendall was given the decisioon BUT most thought that Smith had won, myself included...... also you say in 8 years Paul has done nothing as a pro, this is laughable cos Clinton Woods was a pro for 8 years before he had a crack at the world title and it was a further 3 years and 3 attempts before he actually won it so that making it 11 years before he became world champ!!!!!!! Nothing against Clinton at all but i think they are good comparisons.

id give smith a good chance v barker especially late on as i think barker is a little suspect round the whisker's & smith punches hard enough to hurt & floor him.
