Crazy record this kid. Has risen over 20lb in the weights and is still knocking them over.
He has come in as the opponent a few times now and has spoilt the party. He was very raw when I saw him a few years ago, punches very hard though and this has often got him out of trouble. Has he polished up any since a couple of years ago?? To be fair he is rated 7 in the UK and only had about 10 fights so with the right "direction" he could be heading places. He would certainly be fun to watch in Prizefighter.

Jeff is there a reason why the area is having a strong surge here? Its good to see

European Cadet champ in the amateurs apparently- well schooled to begin with. Will always have trouble with the ingle types but if you stand with him- he'll knock you out. steve Maguire was very fortunate. I've not seen last nights fight and initially he was been outboxed by dickenson but you can't argue with the results he's doing great.

Good amateur coaches like Andy Sumner, Frank Ellis and Tony Moran/ Alan Levene. these guys teach the kids from scratch and deserve a lot of credit. If you put the right fundamentals in place then its just a case of getting them super fit and keeping them creative when they turn pro. Obviously credit to their pro trainers too- Bobby Rimmer, Brian Hughes etc The amateur is Scott Cardle and he is world class. Also young lad coming through called Adam Little. Loads of young ams coming through right now as well.

Could get him in a prizefighter .

Richard Turba
Tyrone Wright
Matthew Ellis
Leon Williams
Jon Ibbotson

plus others , i hear that the next cruiser line up is already being sorted and that Shane McPhilbin will be in ( lost in heavy semi final to Sprott) , so if he knows hes in how much of the rest of the line up is sorted as from the above mentioned names both turba and wright have beaten former winner dickinson in his last 2 , turba has beaten williams but williams has beaten wright , Williams also lost to Dickinson , so the angles between Williams , Wright and Turba mean id like to see those 3 involved , Ellis despite his past history of being a touted prospect it didnt work like that but hes been in with Fury , Bellew , Maccarinelli and Harrison so will have a bit of experience and could be his last shot at earning a title shot . Ibbotson because his record imo looks better than he actually is , so would look ok on whoever beats him if that makes sense .

I think on that sort of line Turba could win it .

Sparred with turba about a year ago strong isn't even in it! Mate he is like a bull and hits like a mule! Not surprised by his recent form if you try trade with him game over he has a decent chin also a d a head like a coconut! Fitness let him down when I sparred him also very flat footed but made life hard with the relentless coming forward good luck to the lad gent also made up for him! Deffo be a force in prizefighter an I think he could Deffo win it!

Now that is a huge understatement. The guy should not be allowed to enter the ring as a fighter ever again, at least against anyone who is half decent. For the sake of his health, Ellis' career needs to fall into quiescence.
