How about this for an idea?
A competition with a difference.
Teams of fighters from seven different british counties.
Five fighters per team in five designated weight divisions.
All fairly evenly matched.
A fighter fights the other 6 fighters in his division. His team fights another team every 5 weeks in a rotation system - So two teams clash every week on TV.
3 of the 6 fights would be on the teams home soil.
Prizes for winning fighter in each division and for the winning team (to go to local facilities).
League system. Competitive fights evey week on TV. FIghters wear their team colours. Fans can get behind their local fighters etc etc.
Any thoughts?
