Is this as well as the Cleverly undercard? Did Guebbas pull out?

12 rounds seems as step up considering it's double what you've been before. Good luck :TU:

Should be good, as it's 12 rounds is there a title involved?

As long as Cook's still motivated which has always been touch and go, this is a good match.

Steve Williams would be better. :TU:

Excellent stepping up fight for Frankie, but it's a dangerous one. Respect for taking it!

Cooks left hand knocks out mules, so keep that chin out the way Frankie!

ESB reckon Bellew-McKenzie is off

That's a good fight, like it - Cook's experienced and a banger, and has enough left for it to mean something if you beat him.

It will be if it's over 12. English is 10 rds so this has to either be brit/comm level or some pointless WBO/WBA inter/penta/pan continental bauble.

Yeah, I know that. I'm just saying if it's 12 rounds there will be a title of sorts - Then gave examples.

I can't remember if eliminators mandated by the board are 12 or not, I'm struggling to think of the last one that happened. Sykes/Crolla maybe, and that was over 10.

McCloskey will probably vacate his European title ahead of the Khan fight. He doesn't have to, but it's fairly common for it to happen.

Will you be comfortable there? Been training for 12? Surely you were expecting an 8 rounder against Guebbas at LWW, this seems very strange/risky.

I don't think they could fight for that.

No, probably not. Just guessing at options.

Cook's a big old lump I'd imagine this would be at 147 anyway, particularly at this short notice.

cook is a fast starter, but he's been out a while now. it's clever match making but cook is very dangerous & will expect to win & should make it entertaining.
