Froch would seriously punish Pavlik if this happened. Possibly finish his career even. Surely Pavlik has to be reintroduced gently after a stint in rehab, not put in with one of the toughest guys in world boxing.

I've liked Pavlik since he destroyed Pierre. Anyone who can be competitive against Sergio Martinez whilst being an alchoholic is a force to be reckoned with. Although Froch KO'd Taylor he was given boxing lesson for 9 rounds and was well behind on points. Kelly basically ruined Taylor. I think if Pavlik has ovecame his addiction and is 100% then he gives all the SMWs trouble, especially Froch. He would beat Johnson, Abraham and Dirrell handily.

However if he is anything less than 100% he will not make a dent on 168lbs. I'd like to see him leave Youngstown and hire a better trainer than Jack Leow, who gives very poor advice in the corner.
