Got a picture of me and Sykes last summer at some charity event, he was sparring for a minute or so with people for a quid...had to give it a go, first time I wore a pair of gloves and its driven me on.



I look pretty rough in that pic, no one had a decent camera...and I was pretty roughed up after that minute.
