DYNAMITE DEAN PHILLIPS

Post by Dynamite Dean Phillips »

Suggestions for entrance track welcome. I am fighting Jon Honney over 6 rounds at the York Hall Bethnal Green on Sunday June 19th, and I have been promised a title crack at the winner of Earl-Bennett if I come through good.

Cheers.

Maybe you should hire that Chinese woman who sings for Valuev? Good luck whatever you choose :TU:

I've tried but I can't think of any witty smartarse suggestions. I'm going to have to be sensible.

Way you move by the Killers is quite good at the moment.

Two quite good ones as well are (well, my opinion) is hundred mile city by Ocean colour scene, and I wanna be your dog by the stooges. They were both in Lock Stock and are on the soundtrack album. Decent enough.

I don't suppose you want the Birdie song or anything. What has happened to Billy Bessey? Not a cheap since he lost to the Rogan guy a while back

Just out of interest Dean, why did you take that big gap in the career? If it's a private reason just tell me to mind my own business.

The Crazy Frog ringtone seems to be going down a storm at the moment?

Most Prodigy tracks sound good like that or Supersonic Man by Queen?

jumpdafu@kup by soulfly is one to get the blood pumping. Or some ACDC classic would be cool too.

Good Luck mate.

Good luck Dean! :TU:

Anything would be better than Tszyu's music on his entrance, god that was bad.

Anyway, go for an old skool tip and have Tuff Crew - My Part of Town.

I'll send to you over msn if you're interested?

Cheers, Gav.

Depends on whether or not you like so-called 'electronica', but......

The Prodigy - Poison

Overseer - Velocity Shift (It's the tune that was on the Vodafone ad: 'supercalifragilistic, when we drop we go ballistic')

And my favourite...

Audio Bullys - We Don't Care

Perfect for walking into the lions den:

"We don't care, what you say
I'm a do my thing, from day to day
We don't care, what you think;
Coz in this world, it's swim or sink...

What tha faaaaaaack?"

Well, I like it.

That's the beauty mate. It comes out as one elongated cockney 'ffffaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa', and then the beat kicks back in. Technically, no naughties. :TU:

It's a great tune to come into, real fire-you-up stuff.

Well, I think so. (Of course, I've never had to do a ringwalk, so it's probably best to ignore me here.... :-? )

November is a fair bit off, Deano. Can you not get on a show before that?

Billie Piper: Honey to the Bee. :D

Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm
Come on, buzz me up to heaven baby
Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm
Come on, buzz me up to heaven

I've been missing you I should be kissing you
Honey to the Bee that's you for me
I wouldn't tell a lie got a love I can't deny
Honey to the Bee that's you for me
Honey to the Bee that's you for me
Honey to the Bee

I close my eyes and I see you clear
It feels like you're lying here
All the things I want to say come and go
Easy as the breeze those words just flow
I float on air light as a feather
Your love so sweet like an open flower
I'm dizzy from the time we spent together
I need that honey drip every hour

I'm thinking about your sugar lips
Got a feeling for you now that's so strong
I'm dreaming of the candy in your finger tips
Baby don't stay away from me for too long

I've been missing you I should be kissing you
Honey to the Bee that's you for me
I wouldn't tell a lie got a love I can't deny
Honey to the Bee that's you for me
Honey to the Bee that's you for me
Honey to the Bee

Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm
Come on, buzz me up to heaven baby

I have to admit that it may well be. I bow to you superior knowledge of songs by The Archies. I'll stick to my specialist subject of not really knowing what I'm on about. :-?

The Boxer by the Chemical Brothers
Shot You Down by the Audio Bullys

If you weren't on the telly I'd say that Cigaro by System of a Down would be great to walk in to - the opening line is: "My cock is much bigger than yours!" :TU:
