Mike The Rebel Perez

Post by Broc »

Does anyone know whats Perez up to? When is he due to fight again.

Ths lad has obvious skill and power but why isnt he a bit busier? He is ranked 80 in the world in boxrec but I can just see this man thinking that he has loads of time and wasting his talent.

He hits hard but Id say he lacks dedication and you could see that by how he had put on too much weight before goin into his most recent fight.

His opposition has not challenged him at all to date, he needs a challenge, he should be fighting the likes of UKs Tom Dallas, Richard Towers etc (thats if they would be brave enough to take him on) at this stage and there are plenty other tough men in the division that would take him past 3 rounds. It would be interesting to see him against Coleman Barrett, Scott Belshaw, Colin Kenna or some other Heavyweight that we all know and can guage his real ability.

I know Tommy, Perez has too much for Kenna or Belshaw and he should really be fighting someone like Audley Harrison, but at least they have names on their records that would allow us to compare Perez to them.

I Think your right he should be getting fights with British prospects the likes of Price, Dallas Towers,Fury this would hot the Domestic scene up even more and give the young prospects exposure in Ireland,

Kenna might take him 3/4 rounds but i think coley and scott belshaw would be stoped inside two
