Is 10-6 an accepted score by EBU rules? You cannot score greater than 10-7 when under BBBoC rules. You could mathematically end up with a 10-6 IF a point deduction was also made, but otherwise 10-7 is the maximum winning points margin in contest under our rules.

Under most sets of rules you can go lower than 10-7 deduction or not. Also, judging by the two scores of 114-109, it seems 10-6 rounds were scored.
