I intially read the thread title as "Boxrec ownS Jeff Thomas", and I was going to put in a request for him to come round to my house and plumb a sink in this week, as I really can't be arsed.

So I'm slightly disappointed. :(

Anyway: good luck Jeff! :TU:

Cracking lad is Jeff - always willing to have his leg pulled.

From what I hear of Jeff, he should be far too much for Rick Boulter who I saw box a couple of weeks ago.

Go get 'em, Jazzy! :box:

Jeff drew last night...he says on some website called Facebook that he thought he won it by a long way.

Onwards and upwards, Jeff :TU:

Felt really good to be back- won't be a moaning baby people have suffered worse injustices then that in life- felt good to be back and thought I'd walked it

This emicon prob illustrates what I'd do if I had any hair :witzend:

It was a fairly one-sided fight with Jeff comfortably taking 5 of 6 rounds. I dont think anyone in the arena thought that more than one round went the way of Boulter.

I'd put a link to one of the rounds I videod on here but there is a whinging slaphead here that moans if I put more than two links a week on this site so I cant. But a picture paints a 1000 words so our photographer Kevin Finn's work will have to do instead.

Yeah, Jeff's worst rounds were the 5th and 6th. He still probably won them but I put them up on YouTube and a bit of the 1st as well

I imagine that you're not going to let the disappointment keep you down for long; keep at it :TU:

I scored it four rounds to one with one even in favour of Thomas.

Fair play to John Latham though. As much as you might not agree with his decision he's honest about it afterwards and scores how he sees it. Too many refs score to red corner only, that isn't his style.

Yeah went a bit mental for about 20 seconds at the end- then realised I was making a tit of myself. Not happy but should have made sure-even more, and then some, and then some again. I thought it was a clear win for me (as did most) but in the big scheme of things the fight served a greater purpose and i'm back and feel 5-10 years younger as a result.

I'm sure i'll get a similar break at some stage down the line- as I said on another forum with a bit of luck i'd be 14-3- crazy... When I win my next 20 whose going to care

Boulter looked a lot bigger too, it's hard to give weight away at the lighter weights
