Re: Fury v Chisora? Apparently official....Who wins?
Chisora for me!
He appears to be better in every department and Fury struggled with McDermott's fast accurate combinations and pressure so I really can't see Fury being able to deal with Chisora's offence whereas Chisora has a very good defence and counters really well. I see Fury coming out trying to keep it long but Chisora working his way inside pounding Fury inside to head and body, Chisora has the speed to get in and out with fast combo's. I see him getting Furt out in 9

That was his 7th fight in his first nine months you fornicating simpletons.
Re: Fury v Chisora? Apparently official....Who wins?
Fury TKO late rounds
Re: Fury v Chisora? Apparently official....Who wins?
I think this will a close one. Chisora has more ability imo, but Fury is a lot better than many give him credit for and his size could make a big difference. I lean towards Chisora but it's virtually a 50/50 for me. Trash talk should be great in the build up. Both these guys are characters.

I'm excited about this fight. A huge clash between a proven prospect and a prospect who evidently strives to prove himself.
I'm worried that although this clash should be like a dream come true for British fans, it may not be for two reasons:
a) British fans don't seem to like Chisora too much. I think British fans tend to love Haye, which means they hate Wlad, which means they tend to sh*t on Chisora as a poor choice of opponent and tend to diminish his achievements.
b) British fans don't seem to like Tyson Fury too much. This might be some sort of backlash or defense mechanism to being accused of liking Tyson Fury, who is still so young and green, I dunno.
But this should be a meaningful fight for boxing fans, and especially for British boxing fans, so I hope they appreciate it.

Fans do like and respect chisora he's just not well known and is a novice - i like how you blame haye for it instead of just admiting he was a poor choice of opponent for wlad.
Fury was well liked but then struggled to beat Mcdermott in the first fight, but then kept running his mouth and lost alot of support, not unlike harrision. He's winning back a bit of the support at the moment.

Tyson Fury, because a guy with that cool a name simply can't lose. It's like you take prime Mike Tyson, then give him a bite from a radioactive spider like Spider-Man, then inject him with super hormones like Captain America, then hit him with gamma radiation like The Incredible Hulk and voila!!!

Chisora used to be disliked, but he has turned things around since then, with joviality and good performances.Lackeos wrote:I'm excited about this fight. A huge clash between a proven prospect and a prospect who evidently strives to prove himself.

This fight isn't signed, by the way! The board are making it go to purse bids, so we'll have to wait another month until we know which promoter wins. Both parties have to want the fight for it to happen. :!:

I would mark you words if you gave a decent explanation of why Fury would win with ease.keithmoonhangover wrote:Fury with ease. Mark my words.

and on top of that, he gave Rich Power his first loss. He could be the king of sweet name.BigJuicyHog wrote:I think Chisora is better.....BUT I think Fury has one of the all time great boxing names and wins based on that alone

Thought it was a little too obvious. I wanted to stretch the awesomeness of his name out a bit.Lackeos wrote:and on top of that, he gave Rich Power his first loss. I've been telling everyone that Fury is the real deal since I came on the forum. Reach, movement, speed, power and most impotantly belief.crusader wrote:I would mark you words if you gave a decent explanation of why Fury would win with ease.keithmoonhangover wrote:Fury with ease. Mark my words.
In the fight with Chisora, I think he hits him too hard and often and stops him in the middle rounds.

Chisora wins. Mainly because Fury's an average fighter that's being hyped up badly.

Please do, if he doesn't beat Chisora, I won't run and hide. Fancy a bet? Loser has to have the signiture of the winner's choosing for a month or two?funso banjo baby wrote:keithmoonhangover wrote:I've been telling everyone that Fury is the real deal since I came on the forum. its a hard fight to call - if fury has improved since the mcdermott II fight he could be dangerous if not id fancy chisora.
Chisora has proven himself at domestic level where as fury hasnt proved much at all, he's still a bit of an unknown quantity. I havent seen anything to suggest he will be world class as of yet.

Boxrec is the north district of oxymoronville... Because he took on McDermott in his 7th fight in his first 9 months.crusader wrote:I would mark you words if you gave a decent explanation of why Fury would win with ease.keithmoonhangover wrote:Fury with ease. Mark my words.

Re: Fury v Chisora? Apparently official....Who wins?
I will go with Fury. Yes, he runs his mouth and like Audley, Haye, and even Del Boy, most everything he says is BS. That lot is a sorry bunch of pugs. Little New Zealand could send up David Tua and Chauncy Welliver and not a single one of them would be standing in a year. How this god awful region gets so many title shots is beyond me.
But.......Manny Steward knows his stuff. And he says Tyson Fury is the next dominant champion after Wladimir. He also said it was a miracle that Fury went as far as he did on pure skill and attributes. He now has world class training and sparring. He is much better now than he was beofre he got any proper training.
If I was his team though, I'd probably let some more of Steward's training soak in before this fight. But...at least Manny's guys are not forced to wear skirts like Teddy's.

Chisora is better than McDermott and most people thought McD beat Fury the first time around. Scoring a win over McD hardly means you will beat Chisora.Pfistsofury wrote:Boxrec is the north district of oxymoronville...
