Please email me at [email protected] and let me know what city and state you live in. I'll send you a contact who can help you get started in amateur boxing.

Hmmm - I supposed you can PM me, too - except I'm not on this forum all the time. I have my own amateur boxing web site at http://www.amateurboxing.com.
ABA - are you also involved with the Warrior Boxing web site?

No just EABA & My own site.
The Warrior site & myself dont seem to get along, but dont want to go into that here!
I would say though that the Warrior site has a good forum that you could talk to other Amateur boxers.
Its mainly UK Amateurs there, with some good people & some not so good like all Forums.
Though they dont cover Europe or World boxing a great deal!

The initial reason was that you saw fit to plunder Warrior and other websites to develop your own. Water under the bridge now but a problem aired and all that! The Warrior site & myself dont seem to get along, but dont want to go into that here!

Nearly 3000 members with up to 1000 individual visits (PC log ins) a day, which makes it the most visited Amateur Boxing Forum out there!
On average we have to terminate the registration of half a dozen people a year and cull half a dozen posts each week. Its mainly UK Amateurs there, with some good people & some not so good like all Forums.
The demand isn't there unless there's a major championship such as the Worlds or the Olympics.Though they dont cover Europe or World boxing a great deal!
By the way..........Hi Mel
Might as well get a plug in too: TALK UK Amateur Boxing at http://www.warriorboxing.com
Well - sounds as if we are all getting along, now! LOL!
Seriously, it's good to have contacts around the world for information and link sharing. If everyone shares, each web site is valuable. I don't think one has to be better than any other.
Tarquin Tarpaulin IV - good grief!
Hi back and where did you come up with that moniker!
By the way, gotta post on your site - have an English PAL team coming to So. Cal. this Saturday. Want info.
