Craig Watson vs Lee Purdy April 16th

Post by ryan917 »

Craig Watson is defending his british title against Lee Purdy on the Khan undercard. Also, Anthony Crolla is defending his british title against undefeated irish boxer Andy Murray. Matthew Macklin will face Martin Murray. :bag: :box: :TU:

Who else could Watson fight? Vassell fighting on 26th March. Jennings is injured. He just fought O'Donnell. Hatton has just fought. Brook wont be allowed to fight on that bill.

U talk poo. No way Macklin would fight Murray. Not when hes fighting for a 'world title' in the near future..... Too high risk for too little reward.

I Agree, Theres an interview on youtube with murray from yesterday (type in Martin murray on john anderson) its posted by boxing ireland dotcom, saying he got the phone call friday to fight macklin he was up for it, but then recieved a call few days later saying macklin had choose to fight gevor instead, feel sorry for murray he needs a big fight soon as hard to get as motivated for these opponents weve never seen before or are not well known,

Well there was talk of it but I hear that Murrays team turned it down even though Murray wanted it.

There are two video interviews on our YouTube channel that we put up yesterday and both fighters talk about each other.
