A Boxer's Dream....

Post by Londonirish »

A great video, a normal man thinking how easy boxing is in the Ring... He's from around my way, grow up with him although there's a boxing gym 2 mins from where we live he never had a Am fight or boxed, done training with his dad, always loved a fight on the street day in day out... He turned Pro with Eugene and had 3 fights winning 2 just didnt have the technique or stamana for the Boxing Ring... Done a Load of tickets for his fights tho 100's...
Sounds like a few people that iv spoken to about Boxing that can have a bit of a fight on the Street they think its so Easy "I'd have a couple of fights then go for the British or maybe just skip it and go stright for the World Title"... They dont know how Hard it is.....

i would never laugh at someone like that the way some people do cos I sense he'd had an uphill battle for a lot of his life. The fact he was making videos and talking World Titles and other people telling him about World titles as well just shows somethin was amiss if you ask me. Terrible business for the little girl tho it puts into perspective that you should be grateful for your health.

You should see him at a show then, there he looked ok. He wears funny suits with either Gold or Snake eye contact lenses... When Gerard was fighting he throw more punches then his son kept running from corner to coner ..
