Depends when. If they fought when Jorge was coming up in the 90s Jorge beats him up like Snipes, as El Nino was worn out by that point.

If you mean El Nino of the 80s who went 10 rds with Tyson & blasted Leon Spinks, then El Nino.

Joses jab & movement would be a problem, but his will power to keep fighting even when the goinggets tough (see Tyson fight!!!!). Jose would out-tough lazy oaf Jorge down the stretch & probably drop him late with that sometimes dangerous right hand.

I think a peak Ribalta would have knocked out a peak Gonzalez. In fact I'm not sure Jorge had a "peak" as a professional, because whilst he had a good amateur pedigree he was a lousy pro who had the capacity to lose to anyone. I think he enjoyed his new-found US lifestyle a little too much, and he wasn't overly keen on training.
