Looked badly out of shape at super middle in prizefighter he has no muscle definition whatsoever. His punching power and his all round strength are not up to scratch to give the likes of bellew macintosh and maccarinelli a half decent fight at light heavy.
Personally I think he should call it quits or be contempt with being a trial horse for youngsters in 6 and 8 rounders.
Carl Dilks apparently moving back up to light heavy
Re: Carl Dilks apparently moving back up to light heavy
I thought carl looked in really poor shape in comparison to how he looked against adamu/degale.
Granted he's never going to get on the scales looking like manny pac but he looked a bit flabby at prizefighter.
No offence intended carl.

Re: Carl Dilks apparently moving back up to light heavy
I agree i know Carl has one of those bodies that will never be ripped but i felt he didnt look in tip top shape at PF and i was just thinking today about the possibility of him moving down to middle but its a tough road he can do things domestically he definitely has the ability to win a commonwealth title just needs to get a run together and some consistency
Re: Carl Dilks apparently moving back up to light heavy
He had to lose several pounds on the day of the weigh-in I think. Couldn't have helped.
Re: Carl Dilks apparently moving back up to light heavy
carls confidence has been dented & i think he's lost alot of belief in himself he needsto rebuild.

He can still be a factor but needs a change or a rest IMO
