Richie is really getting a good commentating style. He seems unruffled and when Glen McCrory made some points you could see him consider them and then agree in a way that added to the commentary. He didn't seem as if he would get the monk on if someone had a different point of view.

I come on here to read interesting views from professionals such as Jamie Moore, Billy Nelson, Paul Edwards, Stephen Smith, Arnie, Bomber etc it gives me an insight into one of the hardest sporting professions around.

These threads are boring, l think there is a bit of resentment from a few on here becasue Paul Smith choose not to come on here after a while, that's his decision he has a family a life etc cut him some slack there are a lot of bellends on here just waiting to jump on people who actaully do what 90% of us here would not be brave or dedicated enough to do!

Why start a conversation with him on twitter then, you contacted him didn't you? If you didn't like someone in your workplace if you could avoid it would you go out your way to talk to him or enter a discussion, so why contact him on twitter then come onto an another social network to talk about the conversation?

Get a life, get out more, do something more constructive than pester a professional athlete

Actually if you read my post you'd see that Paul was bitching about Jim watt for criticising murrays performance,i replied that i agreed that Watt had a point with which he took umbrage with.It wasnt the fact that he didnt agree with me it was the way he went about it,he was just obnoxious and rude.

I agree; I used to train and try at it and had the basics and was fit etc but no real aggression or competitive edge. A fair few of the lads I knocked about with at the time had more of that 'fire' than me and turned pro. A couple of mates I've got now were pro boxers; they are good laughs etc but they've got that thing where if their head goes then they're happy for a bit of aggro. I'm more for a quiet life and couldn't really be fussed who can fight who or 'Who you looking at?'.

I was just on twitter a minute ago and Smith was going berserk about how Jim watt is an idiot,etc with his commentary.I tweeted him saying that I agreed with Watt in that Muraay was flat tonight,Anyway the guy took offense to this and tweeted something back.I said I agree that Watt goes overboard with his criticism somewhat but that Watt was right tonight that it wasnt a good performance.Anyway then he claims im contradicting myself which i dont think i was as it was a two part answer.Then the guy just starts getting rude!He's got a serious chip on his shoulder and I can see why he's always getting into verbal spats with opponents now!I thought I was overly sensitive but he takes it to the next level!Geez!
