SOUNDS LIKE THAT IS ALL THE PPV FROM THE YORK HALL (Setanta).

Where are the other bouts promised.

We have had Oakey vs Hammer and the main event.

Now it is Tyson vs McBride (which I have already paid and seen). I thought it was a bonus, not instead of some of the fights.

I hope I'm wrong, but its not looking good.

Graham Brett bought it, I should have gone round to his.

He reckons the Earl v Bennett fight was one of the best small hall fights he has seen in a while.

Was it?

It was a great fight, real non-stop pace from round one, could easily have been stopped in round six with Earl out on his feet and he showed tremendous recovery powers to come back.

Glad i didn't order it if they didn't show the whole card as was promised, what happened? Was it only two fights? How much did it cost?

Its wasn't as good as Hunt vs Meager - but a very good fight nonetheless.

I read the Setanta site a couple of hours later and it says it clearly that all we were getting, still a shame. I saw the video's of Eugine bulling up the fact that Tyson was on PPV aswell, but I didn't agree with that. Its not as if the fight wasn't shown on UK TV before.

Glyn something or other was the main man, and Curtis McGormack (who writes for Frankmaloney.com and BBN) was in the Jim Watt role.

Not a bad job really, I think it was Glyn Harris although don't quote me. McGormack was a little quiet and was a little bit stating the obvious, but a fair attempt.

It was a fella named Rob McClean who did the Paul Dempsey role - okay. He interviewed Maloney and Earl.

Boxrec's favourite Journo, Steve Lills was in the Barry McGuigan role. A little nervous to begin with but did fine.

The other experts were Julius Francis (who is looking huge these days) and Danny Hunt (who I think has a future in that role).

Funniest blunder of the night has to go to Mike Goodhall (I've heard great things about as a bloke) when he twice called Haymer vs Oakey the main event? Perhaps it officially was (cause saying it twice is strange) but I doubt it.
