I can't see Khan's team having a case to sue anybody. Sky were surely exercising a legitimate clause in their contract, and they can't be that stupid to open themselves up to a legal challenge from such an amateurish outfit.

The undercard thing is surely all about budget - I don't believe for one minute that Hatton & Goldenboy between them couldn't put a decent undercard on. Maybe there just wasn't enough money offered.

Khan Promotions claim to have shifted 15000 tickets. Even at £50 a pop, this generates £750K - you telling me that this wouldn't finance a decent undercard? Khan promotions are being very greedy, very naive and are vastly overvaluing Khan. Nobody really likes him that much since he got KTFO by Breidis Prescott, and he only partly redeemed himself in his last fight.

Sad but true a bit of a nightmare scenario for Carl, the Johnson fight will be a good tough fight with both getting some success but Carl should win

I hope Abraham sparks Ward to turn things around.

Nah, that would make the final a lot less interesting and leave the whole SMW picture a bit muddy.

Froch/Ward is the best senario IMO, because Ward has that win over Kessler who beat Froch it sets it up nicely. Beating Ward would make Froch seem a legit winner despite all the pull outs etc. If he can't beat Ward then he doesn't deserve to win the tournament.

Don't think so mate. The gossip is that it will be on regular Sky and that if Froch wins his future fights will be PPV.

I agree when you put it like that, the winner meets Bute' if he beats Kessler or if Kessler wins and Froch does would be a nice rematch and it's all sorted but tbh I'm just not a fan of Wards style.
btw where is Ward fighting Arthur?

When Johnson got stopped in AD 2 I think its important, for purposes of full disclosure, to remember he contested the decision.
