The Return Of Paul Smith

Post by Coco »

He doesn't get talked about much on here now other than a bit of bitching that he don't post no more.

Seen this on you tube, didn't realise he has switched camps and has a fight next month.

Enjoyed this clip,he seems focussed and ready to come back at middleweight.

When will he be making his return to these boards? Or has he retired permanently from that?

Good interview. Sound guy is Paul. Seems to be decent banter in the gym. He looks settled.

Hopefully we get to see Paul fighting to his potential at MW. He's shown his ability in bit-parts over the past, and all he needs is for it to all come together.

Good luck Smigga.

Think we've seen his best imo.

Thats not to say he can't go on and win the British at MW, very good fighter, just don't think he's above Brit level

Glad to see him back in action, I like Paul he is a good bloke and hope he returns to posting on here as well. I think Paul can do a really good Job down at Middle which looks like a more natural weight for him, definately some good fights to be made there. Good luck Paul.

I think a lot of that is justified after what he claimed he was going to do with De Gale. Some of the attitude he had with regular posters because they begged to differ on the outcome of the fight was disgusting.

a change is as good as a rest & i think he's going places being with gallagher especially if his diet works out & he can be strong at the weight. as tough & gritty as he is, he is deffenetly a confidence fighter & gallagher will restore that & the middleweight division is wide open.

He said May 21st for his next fight...I'm guessing this means he'll be on the Groves v Degale bill. Happy with that.

Certainly look happier in this interview than previous ones. I thought the world would have opened up for him after the contender but he probably ended up believing the Pepe hype that he seemed to get in the show.

Best of luck to him.
