No, he meant he lost to Lamotta in their 2nd fight.

L15, L15 Paul Pender
L10 Denny Moyer (II)

In this list, he lost to 7 possible hall of famers.
Yes, but all of those losses except two, Turpin and Lamotta, occurred when he was already well past his prime.

Francois Botha (5 losses)

Michael Moorer - L KO12
Mike Tyson - L KO5
Lennox Lewis - L KO2
Wladimir Klitschko - L KO8
Evander Holyfield - L KO8

Gerry Cooney (3 losses)

Larry Holmes - L KO13
Michael Spinks - L KO5
George Foreman - L KO2
Botha has lost to four current/future hall of famers there mate so there is no shame there at all for the White Buffalo

We have to give him Tyson too. Granted it was declared a NC, but only due to smoking pot. Golota showed his chin...and his shaky mental state in that one. Tyson would have about killed most guys with that straight right, and Golota got up pretty well...then quit.

Losing to John Ruiz, Ray Austin and Lamon Brewster is not impressive.

Sure does, and he whipped Maxim in reality. Terrible decision. He clearly beat Ellis, to boot.

Tiger Ted Lowrey. 66-67 carear record.

Lost two decisions to Rocky Marciano. One of the losses was a razor thin decision from what i've heard. Before his 2nd fight with Rocky, his record was at 56-45.
