Hatton v Morales??
Re: Hatton v Morales??
Given Hatton's recent comments, I can't see him committing or being motivated for a training camp. Is he all clear to fight by the BBB of C anyway?
Re: Hatton v Morales??
I think if he can still promote he'll be able to box? I can't see it happening but would love to see it.

You never know.
He needs to finish on a win and this would be perfect!. Plus positive activity is what keeps depression at bay

Why would this fight sell over 1 million pay per views??
What is it with wheeling out fighters who are clearly over the hill and expecting us to just eat the shat they feed us??
Take Hopkins v Jones for example. We don`t need this crap.
Hatton v Morales? Five years too late at best.

Well i would have laughed this fight off, if Erik hadn't proved to have some pedigree and fire left in him against Maidana like he did.
Now I'm kind of intrigued by it.
Imagine if Hatton hit a vein of form and looked tremendous again ? i know I'm just being romantic about it.

Weirdly, after the Maidana bout, this is probably about 50:50 and might make for a good fight.

At what weight? I cannot see Hatton making 140 again - in any case, I think it is clear he doesn't want to come back now. He just hasn't got the desire to put in the hard work.
Re: Hatton v Morales??
Not happening.
Re: Hatton v Morales??
If Morales can make a few quid with an easy fight why not. He is a legend and deserves an easy payday at the tail end of his career.

Hatton is way out of shape and way past his best, while Morales is WAY past his as well.
Ricky's doing well as a promoter, he should stick to that.
This would purely be for the cash, it's an extremely cynical match-up and one I definitely wouldn't pay to watch.
5/6 years ago then yes, but not now.

PS If someone comes back and says Morales is not WAY past his best because he put in a decent shift against Marcos Maidana then I'd ask you to go back and look at his early career...

Re: Hatton v Morales??
...but would you pay £15 to watch it, Coco?
For me I guess it's ire at having paid hundreds out over the years for piss poor fare like this...Hopkins v Jones was a good example
Give me two hungry fighters battling for a title any day of the week...
These two have had their day

I don't think Hatton and Morales have the styles to be in bad fights unlike Hopkins and Jones, while appreciating what you are saying I would pay to watch it.
