It had the touches of Lou Duva about it...... Hearn at one stage was physically held back by Breen/Magee.....I would have loved to have seen Magee lose his rag mind!
good call.
Eamon Magee vs Team Khan
yeah, I'd pay the ppv for that one
Eamonn is a rock of sense and stability when he is in a fighters corner. I didnt think he would be able to pull it off some well but he does a great job.
p.s. Eddie Hearn is fast becoming my favourite "suit" in boxing.

Kid Galahad is tipped to be the next big thing out of the Ingle's gym. Is Eddie hovering ?
Surely a word in the right ear and they could get the WBA to create an Interim Continental Mega Super belt for McCloskey to fight for.....
In all seriousness, he's got a cracking training and promotional team around him, even then though it's hard to see how he gets a title shot at the moment.

What efforts? He lost every round! A manouvered route to a WBU title or possibly the WBO maybe, but other than that, no chance.
khan would beat anyone over 4-6 rds in the world he is a front runner & the fight was warming up. he was nailing mcloskey & it could of been a case of khan derailing him or getting drawn in & on to a heavy shot. either way the fans were robbed & so was mcloskey of trying his luck
Yes, but he was totally dominant. For sure, the "big punch" could always have happened, but realistically, that fight was only heading one way. Khan showed against Malignagi, for example, that he is very much capable in later rounds too. Likewise, Kotelnik, St Clair etc. It's only Maidana that he went off the boil a bit, due to heavy pressure from a world class fighter, and even then, he still won some of the later rounds (and the fight!)
