How long did JT hang around in the amateurs?

When did he turn amateur? What can kind of record did he amass cos i dont think he made any noise at all until he knocked out Nunn in 91.

Any significant bodies he bumped off/lost to in these days?

He had about thirty amateur fights winnig all but one or something like that.

He had 22 amateur fights winning 20 and loosing 2, dont know any opponents.
