If his next fight is not against a big name opponent I will deem it as failure on behalf of his team to cash in. Really? I was always under the impression Boston was the place to go for Irish boxers wanting to make it in the states. I even thought Ricky Hatton was trying to tap into that support having his first major stateside fight there.

No I think it's a common misconception due to the large number of Irish-Americans in Boston but it isn't really a boxing city so to speak.
