Decent interview, although with Haye it's always the same bravado, exaggerated predictions, "Wlad will be crawling on his knees" etc. Fight fans and the British public have had to listen to a lot of this, with little in return.

I think the only reason Haye just about manages to keep the fans on side is that you get the feint sense that a lot of what he says is tongue in cheek. There's always the trace of a smile when he's talking about himself and what he's going to do to the next opponent. Certain other British world champs need to watch how Haye does this. People accept that boxers need to talk themselves up, but they don't like straight faced arrogance.

You can absolutely get a sense that Haye is cracking jokes as opposed to being completely arrogant. He enjoys himself.

That t-shirt he wore to the first presser of the severed Klitschko heads was pretty hilarious.
