You mean a pro boxer giving some comments on how another pro boxer currently looks in the gym is of no relevance or interest to us fans?

That's pretty bizarre even by your standards.

He has faster hands, more power, higher workrate, better accuracy, stronger and a better mover. I see him slipping Fury's jab getting inside and working him over to head and body inside, before moving away and coming back in with combinations, beating Fury to the punch and generally sickening him. I see a game Fury getting stopped around the 8th

generally agree Alex, my one qualifier would be maybe if Fury gets to play it physical and put his body on Chisora a lot, he could tire him out.

there are enough Tyson Fury nut-huggers banging on about how impressive he looked in his actual fights (even tho hes usually looked fat, slow and fed-up) without the usual gym-genies trying to hype up a fight (which probably wont happen) by saying the usual 'i saw Fury knock out three bears in the gym' talk.

its all silly

Fury hasn't looked impressive for a long time, and when he did it was in fits and starts against mediocre opposition.

Chisora by wide UD or late, late stoppage

A respected poster/fighter like Martin Power telling us how Fury looks in the gym is hardly the same as a pointless post from some meathead with half a brain who turns up and looks good against the heavy bag is it Funso?!

professional boxer or not dsnt change the fact that in the run up to nearly all Fury's fights (especially the ones that are made up and rarely likely to happen) someone always posts the obligatory gym comment.

when are those comments ever any use as a yardstick ?

by all accounts Fury was a demon in the gym before the first Mcdermot fight

Fury is an overweight slob, his version of looking good is different to that of most other boxers. I'd be shocked if he ever turned up for a fight looking fit and ready physically, never mind the gym.

That said, he's unbeaten and it will be a competitive fight until Chisora wins :)

I don't think Chisora will take the fight.
