Super sharp scouse Stephen Smith lookin spectacular & strong
Rarely do you see guys at this weight look so comfortable, relaxed and strong on the eve of a weigh in
This could be another cracker.

Re: Super sharp scouse Stephen Smith lookin spectacular & strong
Let's see if I can get away with posting a cheeky link
On a rowdy evening north of the border last autumn Liverpool’s Stephen “Swifty” Smith heard two little words that meant the world to him. The unbeaten featherweight had just completed 12 hard rounds with Commonwealth champion John Simpson and felt elation as ring announcer Mark Burdiss said, “and new!”
In his home city this Wednesday night (April 27), Smith will be hoping to hear those words again as he faces the same opponent, this time with the British nine-stone crown on the line.
“Last time I was away from home and there were a lot of things going against me, but I just stuck with it and ground out the win,” Swifty, 11 – 0 (6), recalled. “It was a great feeling afterwards to go home with my first title and I certainly want to become accustomed to winning belts and taking them home.
“Every boxer who laces up a pair of gloves wants to win a British title, it’s a prestigious belt and it being in Liverpool makes it even more special for me. With my Paul having won a British title I know what the belt is like. It’s a lovely belt and it’s one I definitely want to keep.”

You going over for it Tel?King Geedorah wrote:Spoke to all of the people involved for this one and the omens are good. Whenever I get a full sweep we get good fights -- More-Macklin, Moore-Rhodes spring to mind.
Who do you think wins?
Re: Super sharp scouse Stephen Smith lookin spectacular & strong
Wouldn't be surprised to see it finish in a draw. Simpson is never too far away from a win although usually sees the wrong side of it.
