Re: Fu**ing Speedway
Tell me about it. If I wanted to watch lads racing bikes around muck I'd go to the halting site down the road from me.

On the subject though I got into a heated debate with a guy in a pub who turned out to be a speedway rider(low level stuff I guess I dunno don't watch it), he claimed he was a "motorcycle racer" but I just mocked him for turning left all the time and pointed out that motorcycle racers ride on tracks like silverstone, brands hatch etc. or on closed public roads like the TT. He was getting louder and louder it even got to a point where I thought "he's gonna twat me in a minute" so I then decided to go to another bar where I got into a heated debate with a Mike Tyson fan....

Speedway bikes have no brakes and go from 0-60mph in a few seconds

I totally agree, was sat there all ready to watch the boxing and had to watch that sh!te. They should have just cut it off in time for the boxing which surely gets more viewers.

Wouldn't necessarily agree with that, we'd all be pretty peed off if a Saturday fight night was cut short to accommodate Spanish football.stevek3lly wrote:I totally agree, was sat there all ready to watch the boxing and had to watch that sh!te. It's totally skys fault though for scheduling a live event with potential to over run on the same channel as another live show.

They should of kept it to a 2 hour show though. I think Sky should try and show the under cards of their lives shows midweek when ther`s loads of crap on ![[icon_shame.gif] :shame:](./images/smilies/icon_shame.gif)
