Great fight, I hope it happens. I fancy Murray for this one, he has kept surprising me so far and think he can do it again for this one.

its a good fight, Murray looks solid. I just think Rees has the experience and work rate to get the result. :TU:

Finally it looks like Murray is making the step up. IF Murray can keep Rees on the outside he will win, he needs to use his reach to implement that jab early on. Despite having solid boxing skills, Murray is prone to getting involved in scraps and if it turns into one, Rees will outwork Andy on the inside and walk away with a decision. Should be a great fight if it comes off.

Got to agree with Coco here, Murray was lucky to get the verdict over Higginson last time out!

Murray has a very solid chin and is the better boxer in my opinion, but lacks any sort of pop.
I can see Murray pulling off the upset, he's the fresher man and this will be the highlight of his career.

Yeah he does have a top chin, I've seen him being hit flush and not even flinch. This is a massive step up for him but he has the tools to win if he is on song.

Didnt he go down at the start of his last fight (the one before Dezzie I mean)

He did indeed but wasn't that more of a flash knockdown and he was up on his feet straight away and didn't look shook. Left himself wide open to get hit in the first place though.

Yer man landed a heavy shot, Murray's feet went from under him and he bounced straight back up and went on to win every round after that.
Isn't that proof of a good chin Slap?

To be honest: They would get a bigger crowd at the fight if it was in Wales.

Quite possibly. He was up straight away alright, looked more like bad footing rather than being chinny.

Yeah, but they dont seem have many shows in Wales these days. Anyone know how the show against Watson sold at the Newport Lesuire Centre?

Rees is there for the picking in my opinion and its a win that would look good on the record. I just dont think that Murrays jab is enough to control him
