What size gloves do the pro use?

When sparring in Kickboxing (amateur, sports hall stuff) we use 16oz ones! May as well use the pillows from the bedroom.

What ounce gloves do boxers use?

Minimum weight to welter weight am sure they use 8oz. Then lightmiddle upwards its 10s

It used to be 6!
But if you got 8 ounce Reyes on you can punch through walls with them, esp when your hands are taped up nice
