Hello everyone. I'm shooting a short film in the summer and am looking for people to audition. You don't have to have acted before, but be aware that the auditions and filming will take place in the north east of england.

What's it about???

It's a dark comedy about a guy close to death trying to decide wether to go to heaven or hell.

We're shooting between 31st August and 7th April. I'll be anouncing the auditions soon.

It's being shot on a budget of £0, so none of the actors will be getting paid.

My wife was in a no budget horror film a few years ago in Sheffield. She was helping me out, working at a pub I was managing when a group of people asked her if she'd be interested.
She loved it, she met some people that she's still in touch with and we have a copy of the film (it's a bit wank, but hey, it wasn't ever going to be much else).
Anyway, I'd go for it but I'm nowhere near that area. Anyone on the forum that is should definitely give it a go.

You could send in an audition video if your not local, but if I cast you, you'd need to come over to here for the shooting.

Hopefully my son is doing the OST. He's done a really cool intro with eight layers of acoustic guitar, it sounds sweet. I hope he'll come up with a tune for the closing credits.

What sort of music do you make? My son wants to produce in the future, he prefers it to playing.

I try to make as wide a variety of music as possible,everything from Hip Hop and Rock to Classical to 8bit, thats why i'd like to try some sound tracks and atmospheric music sometime.I've worked alot with guitarists and find it always to be enjoyable. I pretty much started as a lyricist and musicionist and made a couple of albums but have ended up producing.Good luck with the film,i like the sound of the plot alot.
