Hi Wout! He was born in New York City, Feb. 6, 1941. According to an interview in The Ring Apr. 1975.

I thought he was born in Bayonne, New Jersey?

Chuck says in the interview; "but my folks did not linger long on East 143rd Street. For some reason I was transported to Bayonne, N.J."
