Best Line ever!.. Jim Watt

Post by DG. »

Ian Darke.

'Gatti does not know where the punches are coming from'.

Jim Watt.

He doesn't know where the punches are coming from - but he knows where they are landing!..

Classic!

Actually he topped that the same night with:

"If Calderon wants an omelette his wife will have to break the eggs" :D

I also liked it when Watt turned Darke around when Darke was saying stuff about "Gatti looking old and overated".

He said "No, lets just credit Mayweather I don't want to even go there (regard calling Gatti old)".

For all you Watt knockers, he was indeed on top form last night.

My favourite was when he was slagging Harris, I think the best was when he labelled him 'deplorable'.

Jim Watt's ok... But he the tendancy to say after 30secs of round one... "There are NO answers from the challenger, this fight has already gone one WAY!" - Before as the viewers we've not even had a chance to see what is gonna unfold in the action yet!

And I think that he's, (excuse my French) Sucking Morales's ****...

He get's caught up in it all, and sometimes has a bias opinion.

Jim suffered from over excitement during Tszyu/ Hatton. I was watching it live, slightly drunk and suffering from Jims inability to hold it down a little. He's a good pundit and I mostly enjoy his commentary.

I like Jim, his commentary on Saturday was first class better than Larry Merchant who is now becoming too old for the job, Lampley will have to find someone else to barrage with his statistics soon.
