Bowie Tupuo W KO 7 Manuel Quezada

An excellent win and it looks like the 'Tupuo Express' is back on track, it would be nice to see him back in Australia. :box:

I was going to mention this. Quite a good result considering that Quezada destroyed Walker (who beat a 28-1 fighter last night) in 1 and went the distance with Arreola. I would love to see Tupuo-Leapai.

I think Tupou is making too good a living in the USA to consider coming back here.

As for Walker, Leapai KOed him last June.

After almost being knocked out himself and while trailing on all three cards at the time, Leapai scored a very controversial 4th round stoppage of Walker. Quezada, on the other hand, stopped Walker in 1 round without any problems, and he also went the distance with Chris Arreola. I think that when you factor these things together, a KO win over Quezada is a pretty impressive result for Tupuo. It adds a lot more credibility to his campaign after he was knocked out in 2 by Demetrice King.

and to be honest I thought Tupuo was going to get stopped again. I was actually surprised when I checked BoxRec this morning and found out he won by KO.

Would be the perfect opponent for David Tua, Good record but not overly dangerous - And would get that Somoan-tongan rivalry going - would split south auckland in half.

In the six fights he lost, Travis Walker has been KOed 5 times.
