Have to chip in to say Mayweather as well. Hatton tho, should not be undereastimated. I reckon Hatton could comfortably clean up Cotto and whatever 'chump' happens to hold the WBA at the time. Then I'd say Hatton could be near to anything if he likes. Ideal for me would be Hatton to fight Cotto and or WBA holder by next Summer then fight Floyd. And if Hatton loses, he shouldn't be ashamed in the slightest.
Don't know what Floyd would do in the meantime if Hatton were to take Cotto or someone first. Can't see him going up to fight Judah and then back down for Hatton. But at 140 Hatton would be the one and only big pay day in terms of Kudos and $$$ for Mayweather.

Just a side note, I'll be surprised if Hatton has three more performances left like that Tszyu one again...
Also, people are going on about Duran-Leonard, what happened in the second fight? Mayweather would SIMPLY keep moving against Ricky. And I say simply because that's what Floyd does. And Floyd does what he does better than Hatton does what he does.
To beat Floyd you have to be accurate, and like Manny Steward said, Ricky's accuracy against Tszyu was among the worst he'd seen at that level. Ricky wrestled his way to victory....

why did leonard lose to Duran the first time then?
He won the rematch because he got reports that Duran had been out screwing, drinking and snorting yayo in the weeks following their fight. He heard Duran had blown up to middleweight and then instructed his people that he would offer Duran a rematch but only if the date were made for the next 6 weeks time. Duran came into the fight in terrible shape, leonard got the rematch, and avoided Duran until he was an old out of shape man. Leonard was a great fighter, but also a very canny negotiator. The best Duran, beat the best Leonard, but Duran was i think, a far better fighter than Hatton can ever be.
Hatton's gameplan in the Tszyu fight was clear, he was going to rough him up and wrestle and maul. Hatton wasn't going to win the fight with Tszyu by trying to outbox and outfox him, he waited until Tszyu tired then started to unload. For someone who was so inaccurate, Tszyu's face sure looked a mess afterwards.
Manny Steward is full of shit, what the fornicate has he done in the last 10 years except earn money with Lewis, and do fornicate all with Naz, christ, he can't even get his fighters in decent shape these days. He changes his opinion every five minutes, depending on who he talks to, and seems to be driven entirely by money. Look what he's done with Harris' career, cost him a big payday against Hatton, got him a shite payday against urkal, and then put him in against maussa in abysmal shape, then offered no advice whatsoever from the corner.
Floyd may well win if he fights hatton, I'd make him favourite, but he won't have an easy target like the woefully negative Gatti who turned into a human punchbag. Ricky has good feet, and moves into position very quickly, he may well lose the first 6 rounds, but he will be in with a shout over the latter half of the fight.
