These two shows at the same location and venue on the same day are listed as two separate cards?

The reason I ask is it was aired on Eurosport as one card and both were in the same ring. It is possible but unlikely.

The card was supervised by two different federations.

Interesting but I understand why it's done. But it seems strange that a fight card would be split into two cards because every other bout might be supervised by another comission.
