Re: O2 Card Spoilers
How did simmons get on and how dis he look?
Re: O2 Card Spoilers
Simmons won points, Paul Smith just flattened his guy in 1.
Re: O2 Card Spoilers
Smith won in bout a minute. Ref didn't count a touch down for Smith so he blasted him to a nasty KO.
Fortunately he's okay.

Re: O2 Card Spoilers
RSF (early) should be a new stoppage result....
TKO- Three knockdown rule
KO- Lights out
RSF- unable to continue
RSF (cut) - cut stoppage
RSF (Import) - reserved for fat useless journeyman
RSF (early)- away shows

Hopefully George hasn't been hanging out in the toilets after his big win. MAybe they should've put him on last. Controvesrial decision I think, knowing his past.MachoMan09 wrote:I'm glad George won, I always had faith in him winning. I met him in a club called Cowboys and Angels a while back. We went on to a wine bar called Desafinado and got absolutely bladdered. He got into a scrap with some locals, he'd said something into my ear, a careless whisper, but he set about these lads like a killer. I think he'd been chatting up one of their girlfriends giving it 'if you were my girl...' and they'd overheard. Good night, though.Poncey wrote:George Michael just won on points.
Following what happened tonight, his opponent will just have to heal the pain, move on and give it one more try. Maybe he could consider a different corner? At the end of the day, though, he'll clear at least a monkey and if he is living hand to mouth, hard day after hard day, Jesus to a child, it doesn't really matter. I saw him box last Christmas. After the show he goes to me ' wait, I've got a last request, a moment with you, brother can you spare a dime?'. I knew then he needed a father figure. He was just looking to earn his freedom 90 or a 100 hours a week. He must have had a shower because he wasn't smelling too funky. I thought this is the strangest thing, I guess he just needed somebody to love. Anyway, I was in a rush, praying for time. I was on a promise for some fast love, I was going to give her everything she wants. I said 'I knew you were waiting for me. I saw your fight, it's the first time ever I saw your face'. I grabbed a tenner out of my pocket and handed it to him. It was the strangest thing. I'm getting older and as I do I don't let the sun go down on me until I've done somebody a good turn. It's a matter of faith I suppose, love's in need of love today, praying for time, who knows? Anyway, I went outside and my girlfriend was sat in the car spinning the wheel. I told her I'd just given the journeyman a tenner and she said 'I'm kissing a fool'. She'd been outside for ages.
Is he still banned from driving?

Re: O2 Card Spoilers
If you would have told me Frankie Gavin would average 8 landed punches a round against Young Mutley I would have had my house on that not happening and would now
be homeless.
I have always trumpeted Frankie but not sure what that was about tonight, Mutley takes a lot of the blame for not coming to win but thought Gavin would be able to
open him up with ease.
Not that it will matter to anyone but so disappointed with that fight, really looking forward to seeing his offensive skills as well as the defensive and never got to see them at all although Frank was clearly happy as he leapt to his feet and started the applause at the final bell
