He trains Ryan Rhodes, brought Kell Brook to the British title, puts on his own small hall shows for the Sheffield bunch, commutes between London, Sheffield and god knows where else in order to ensure he's there to help the likes of Rhodes, Groves and whoever else needs him, negotiates, helps Hayemaker with the nuts and bolts and also deals with people like me.

Coldwell basically keeps the game alive here in the UK.

Spot on KingG, he's a really nice bloke too.

In terms of what he does, its basically everything. He has often coached, managed, and promoted in the same show. He used to just run his own concern, but Booth and Haye rated him highly and appointed him Head of Boxing when they started up Hayemaker Promotions.
