1st ALBA Games in Cuba

The First ALBA (Bolivarian Alternative for America) Games are being held in Matanzas, Cuba. The boxing competition started yesterday and finishes on thursday.
Cuba, Colombia, Venezuela and Dominican Republic participate with up to two teams per division.
Cuba participate with mostly their No 2 and 3 ranked boxers. Among the most known names are 57 kg Luis Franco, 75 kg Emilio Correa, 91 kg Yohanson Martinez and some former World Jr champs Yankiel Leon, Exer Rodriguez, Michel Sarria and Ismaikel Perez.
