Knew they were showing Rees and Carl, but the announcement that they're showing Kessler is a nice little bonus. Good stuff.

See this is what doesn't make sense. Why charge for last week and not this? It isn't consistent.

Just rebuilding the general public's interest in Froch, then they'll charge for the Super Six final. If he wins, of course!

like any good pimp the money hungry sky machine knows how to get us fixed.

Not sure if they'll stick Froch's next fight on PPV after only one Sky outing.

Is that the same Sky that made Amir Khans fight against Bredis Prescott PPV also his first fight on Sky.

Althought obviously Khan had all the work done for him by ITV in his previous fights

Both true but outside of boxing fans Froch isn't exactly well known and Ward even less so. Unless Sky massively raise Froch's profile between now and the final it'll be a hard sell. Despite that they may still go ahead, so who knows?

Probably depend on the performance. He's never in many dull fights so it could be heading that way.

Khan - Prescott was at prime time in the UK; Froch - Ward (if he beats Johnson) would be at 2am at the earliest. Can't see that being too attractive a prospect as a first PPV for Carl on Sky. If he beats Ward, I see a homecoming rematch against Kessler being PPV.

Are they actually showing the Kessler fight live this evening? Does British Summer Time mean that Kessler's fight won't start until about 23:30BST?

Can't see how they're going to show Rees and Kessler both live otherwise.

Just seen in CS ring walks started about ten minutes back. That takes the cream off it somewhat. Still, it's being shown at least, so can't really complain.
