What about all this white collar boxing, thats going on. Why don't they put some pro fights on the card? Or atleast some good amateurs , come on otherwise your forgetting, and making a circus and mockery of the real sport of boxing otherwise.

dunno if its the same as here in the UK but the ABA and th pro boxing board distance themselves from the white collar organisations could be the same over there

No mate over here the white collar boxing goes under the ABA. Also over here pros an amutears fight on the same card. That's my whole point share some of the money, and don't be greedy. I'm under the belief, that over there, pros and amutears, don't fight on the same card. Is that correct?

I got sick & haven't trained for two weeks. I was getting paid in tickets. I think I was stressing me out, about selling them. Than I was asked to fight him a few days ago, because someone pulled out. The second time I was actualy going to get paid. I should got paid from the start.

If you don't sell tickets, no fight or your in a fight, you will probably lose, than even you win they wont give you the dicision. This is my whole point about this white collar boxing stuff, have a look at the ABA calendar there's heaps of it going on,and I heard the people doing it are making a fortune. If I knew people in the corporate world. I would be doing the same thing, but I would put real boxers on the card aswell. The sport of boxing will never, get bigger as long as fighters have to sell tickets, who wants to be a pro fighter? You would have to have rocks in your head. I wish I could come with away to change things, but I can't.

fenech and his carsalesman offsider put it on in the late ninetys, barry raff was paying cash in the early part of this century, i also got one of my boys $300 for a white collar night fight, by threatening to pull him out of his amateur bout, i have said it before, promoters can,t promote without fighters, and cash was paid up here the last promotion. all the best

Mark, my suggestion is be the guy that changes the small shows, come up with an idea that hasn't been used, or modify 1 for the better.

Theres no point in being the guy screaming about it, your passion should see you through. It will come

. I like the part when you say trainers put themselves before fighters. This comment might stir some shit, like a few other comments. I've Put on this forum, here goes. I was training with a bloke. He was doing a promotion, and he wouldn't put me on the promotion, because i couldn't sell enough tickets. Than he was going to put someone on, that I beat. Than his opponent pulled out, So my trainer called me while. I was at work, so i couldn't talk. I tried to call him the next day, couldn't get hold of him, so I sent a text, no answer. A few days past, So I called him, he said you took to long to get back to us, so we got someone else. I'm abit out spoken, with some of the things, I say. Its not like I back stab but, because if I'm not happy with someone, I tell them, so it doesnt matter. If I tell everyone about it. This comment might result in phone call, or text coming my way. I can handle that,as long as it doesn't result in a bullet coming my way, but I don't think it will ha ha.
