Footage of Old Fights????

Does anyone know where i could find footage of some heavyweights from 1800's- to around 1940 especially

Max Bear
Jim Braddock
Primo Carnera
Jack Sharkey
Joe Louis
Emile Griffith(not a heavyweight, but where could i see the fight were he killed that guy)
Jersey Joe Walcott
Jack Dempsey
Gene Tunney

Check the back of boxing mags, the classifieds? There are usually ads from guys selling film. I've purchased quite a bit from Danny Plunket, in New Jersey. I don't have the address right here with me, however

Got a couple of grainy Laszlo Papp clips. Will they do?

Wy would anyone want to witness the Griffith - Paret tragedy is beyond comprehension. There's no enjoyment in it whatsoever. Can't bring myself to watch the ending in Benn - McLellan

perhaps for historical study...people like watching the Kennedy assassination film, too (hopefully for historical study)...

The last round of the Griffith/Paret fight demonstrates how not to referee a fight...maybe it should be required watching for new refs...
