I know Barker was in the studio for the fight and added a few comments but it would nice for the bigger fights having a 3rd man who is a current fighter or who has a connection with the fighters in the ring adding his opinion. For example if when Bhop-Pascal was shown it would been good having Joe C or Froch on board. This then raises their profile with the casual fan, if the fight is stateside and the team is sent there have an American based fighter added to the team to give a different opinion on events.
4. please lose ad breaks during the break in rounds

2 Agree - but only after the fight and from Press row.... nick the Showtime ones if possible.
3 Disagree - we've been complaining that the Sky team is too big, now it seems you want to add more. I would love to see Rosenthal given the commentators gig alongside Watt.
4 Agree - although if ad breaks mean more boxing, then will have to make do.
Give a disclaimer at the start of the show that this is live and there is a chance of blue language, apologies in advance, that sort of thing and then leave it alone. It's just a little thing, but it's probably the one thing that riles me more than anything about Skys boxing coverage. If I am chosing to watch a combat sport, after the watershed, I do not need the condescension that I feel when being apologised to by Rawling or Smith for the odd f-word. If I have my boy up watching the fight with me, it is my choice, as a parent, to allow him to watch and hear what is being broadcast.
You don't get the announcer cutting in every time Mr Blonde swears during a C4 showing of Reservoir Dogs, so why is there a need for it in Boxing?
I think it's got something to do with the Mr Blonde saying it in a drama. It's a bit like smoking, Mr Blonde can smoke in a film, but Graham Norton couldn't.

I think Sky do a great job showing boxing. One thing I hate is the interound cards of Jim Watt or Glen McCrorry. At the end of a contest if the score cards of the judges or referee don't match theirs then they let the public know that the judges got it wrong, and the public hang on their every word.
They don't seem to care that the 3 judges who have been judging for many years and have far more exprience than Jim and Glen get this critism of them. They have never reffereed or judged fights in their lives and they need to remember this when they start talking about judges scorecards.
There are some very good retired referee's out there like Micky Vann, John Coyle, Dave Parris, why don't Sky use one of these guys to do a score card. Unlike Jim and Glen they will read the fight as a independent judge and not as a fan as Jim and Glen are, they will also not be swayed by a hometown crowd and lean towards a hometown fighter.
Just a thought to improve an already great SKY coverage.

I don't mind seeing their scorecards but the amount of even rounds Watt tends to give out irritates me a bit.
