possible missing fight

I found a sports strange facts book that lists a fight between

George Burton boxer_id=002508

and

Rick Dawson boxer_id=160234

held on 3-28-1984

The fight ended in a 3rd round by DQ Burton was ahead on the score cards and Dawson bit him in the shoulder

heres a little more info about it

The fight took place at Steelworkers Hall in Baltimore Maryland on March 28, 1984

The ref was Larry Barret

The book is called "Amazing But True Sports Stories" it was written by Phyllis and zander Hoolander im 1986

Fight is confirmed by "1984 Computer Boxing Update (Fight Fax)".

Is that the first ever DQ for biteing? Or did it happen before?
