Nice record, but unfortunately extremely untrue.
For starters, Mosese Sorovi, until recently (April 2), hadn't fought in Australia since 2000
and I never heard of Victor Papa, whom he supposedly beat in heavyweight title bout in Sydney last year, nor Joney Sui whom he beat in Sydney the previous year.
Australian results are obtained from respective State regulators & New Zealand from NZNBF & NZPBA
Fiji early results were supplied by president of Fiji Boxing Council (can't recall his name at the moment - now deceased) & for past 5+ years were obtained from Fiji Sun & Fiji Times.

And a fighter's manager can not determine how BoxRec ranks that fighter. LOL at Singh being 21st in the world. This reeks of BS.

I think I was still in nappies (now 63) when OBA (Oceanic Boxing Association) belt was contested in OZ
There is a couple of familiar Fiji & NZ names in the record, which I doubt he would've KOd if they were asleep
