John McDermott has no prayer against Price. No prayer whatsoever.

I have total respect for Dallas. He walked the walk. Top man.
Re: David Price-Tom Dallas
I thought Dallas was already starting to look tired in the second.

That right hand was a rocket
Fair play to price for not celebrating straight away and Dallas for taking the fight

Once Tyson beats the wife beater, Fury - Price anyone?

That is an absurd prediction for somebody who is underdog and has had 3 weeks notice.......keithmoonhangover wrote:I fancy Dallas in the later rounds.
Re: David Price-Tom Dallas
Chisora isn't married. And Fury won't beat him.

what do we think? nothing we didnt already know
at this level Price is a awsum banger.
winnner of del boy/ fury would be interesting indeed.
Re: David Price-Tom Dallas
Top man Pricey, didn't celebrate until Dallas had got up either.
Like to see what Fury would be like getting clocked by a right hand like that.

Price was -300 vs McDermott pre cancellation. Any guess on the new line? I'm thinking -600.

Yeh, Price looked good. Canny defence. He will provide Fury with a much tuffer fight than Chisora will.funso banjo baby wrote:saw it...thanxkeithmoonhangover wrote:Dallas knocked down in the second, fell hard. Ref stopped it.

Did you say Dallas when you meant to say Price there? Or are you on smack?stepper wrote:I'd give the first round to Dallas, Price landed a couple of heavy shots but not enough.
Re: David Price-Tom Dallas
Fury will not go near Price. Beat him in the ams, he'd beat him in the pros.
If Fury beats Chisora, Mick Hennessy tries to cash in straight away.

Even absurder seeing as it was 5 days notice, but its easy to bang on about absurd predictions when the fight's finished isn't it? At least he called it.gmanji wrote:That is an absurd prediction for somebody who is underdog and has had 3 weeks notice.......keithmoonhangover wrote:I fancy Dallas in the later rounds.

VERY tough fight for Fury, VERY. It'll be close, but I think Fury edges him after losing the first few rounds.crusader wrote:How do you see Fury-Price playing out?keithmoonhangover wrote:Yeh, Price looked good. Canny defence. I thought it would either be Price early or Dallas late. I wanted Tom to win, so I spoke up.Dan Dares wrote:Even absurder seeing as it was 5 days notice, but its easy to bang on about absurd predictions when the fight's finished isn't it? Re: David Price-Tom Dallas
Price looked awesome in there tonight. He seems to have improed dramatically in the last couple of fights. Great footwork, good defence, huge power and good speed. I fancy him to beat all of the domestic heavyweights (bar Haye obviously) If you compare Price's technique with that of Fury or Chisora you can see he is in a different league. The only worry is his chin.

Brilliant right hand just like when Tommy Hearns KOd James Schuler, left hook to the body to set him up for the big straight right. Well done Big Dave

Re: David Price-Tom Dallas
Credit goes to everybody tonight, Dallas had confidence and went forward, Price showed really nice defensive skills and hit Dallas with an excellent shot. Good effort from Price and Dallas can come again - showed a lot of bottle to take this match at short notice.
Re: David Price-Tom Dallas
Price is better than the last fighter Haye ran for 12 rounds from. On this evidence I think he'd put Haye in the hospital if he could survive a bit of pressure early on.
