What next for Tom Dallas

Maloney strikes me as the type of guy who won't let a loss effect his fighter in anyway, just as a learning curve. I would imagine he will get the exact same attention and money as he's always got.

imo this guy http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_ ... &cat=boxer is an idea next opponent for Dallas , positive record , something dallas hasnt got too many of on his own record , has been ko'd in a round by Danny Williams just a few months ago , would be a good confidence boost for Dallas in my opinion as he could potentially look at it as his best win so far on paper (record wise) , but in all fairness shouldnt be too much trouble for him , id epect it to be going no more than 2 rounds .

why spend the money bringing someone like this over when we have our own crop of fighters that need the money?? like carl baker,richard towers,dave ferguson,paul butlin,ali adams,danny hughes all capable fighters that im sure would love the chance to fight dallas ??

Larry vs Tom would be a great 'sort the men from the boys' kind of fight. The winner moves on, the loser goes home. Do it over eight or ten rounds.

I liked Dallas' attitude before, during and after that Price defeat, so I'd like to see him do well. He seems almost too honest for his own good at times, but I consider that a redeeming quality and it made me warm to him. The big loveable oaf.

Butlin would fight him perhaps Towers would take the fight aswell but all the others have been oferd fights with tom and turned them down

Heavyweights careers can be derailed early with knockout after knockout but the way i see it dallas is pure quality. I still see tom going a long way i dont understand those saying tom is domestic level. I see him and price going a long way

it's alright offering the fight but what money was offered if the money is right any fight can happen

Dallas has still got plenty to give. A couple of confidence winning fights and then see how the land lies. Prizefighter wouldn't be a bad option depending on the field.

Dallas should stay well clear of Prizefighter for the time being. There's no shame in getting starched by a lad of Price's quality. Tom simply needs to get back in the gym and develop into the quality domestic operator he has the potential to be.
